From what I've heard, it is best to take anxiety meds an hour or two before you intend to go to bed and to try to keep that scheduled bedtime.

Personal recommendation: find some small exercises you can do before bed. Not a full work out, more something that stretches and releases muscle tension. I found it helped me sleep better when a lot was on my mind.

I use my instant pot for my curry primarily. I've cooked rice and steamed broccoli in it too. It is great and works really well. I do find the slow cooker is superior for stews and roasts, but the instant pot is faster and achieves almost as good as a result.
