Gotta say that my favorite genre has to be sci-fi, fantasy, or a mix of the two. Favorite story type is the underdog type, regular guy finds himself in the role of something much bigger and more overwhelming than himself, and has to adapt and come out on top.

I started putting mathematical equations in the chat pretending I was figuring the mass, density, etc of the chains. The info if the cosmic thing, then put some equation for negating it and a link to why the math works and had my character walk off.
They yelled at me bc it was magic and I remember telling them they claimed it was science and they had to choose one or the other.
Was a lot of fun bsing them to the point they rage quit.
