When we were little, my dad almost banned anime in the house. My sister rented an anime from Blockbuster. Normally, I check everything to make sure it is appropriate for my siblings before they get it, but I was off on a school trip. She had rented Rurouni Kenshin (it had a different name on the box, but that was the anime, was one of the movies.) The guy at the counter put a hentai in the box.

From what my siblings told me, they thought my dad was going to kill the guy when he drove back up there. Our Blockbuster didn't have a dirty movie section, so idk how that got in there, but his defense was that my dad said a teen anime was appropriate for her. The manager handled it when my dad yelled what was on the disk. He wouldn't let us rent any anime for a long time.

Long tl:dr: they are basically going to be forcing steam players to create a PSN account to link to their steam account in order to continue playing their game. The official post on steam garnered 700+ discussions, no likes, and to top it off, Arrowhead are now basically running damage control as a result by removing that post outright (fortunately, people have screencapped it at their own volition, PirateSoftware and his twitch chat have been talkin bout it, and unless Arrowhead/Sony backpedal on it entirely, it's gonna go down as hard as the whole warhammer 40k custodes retcon.)

Due to technical issues at the launch of HELLDIVERS™ 2, we allowed the linking requirements for Steam accounts to a PlayStation Network account to be temporarily optional. That grace period will now expire. See details below in this post.
