Well parenting is a joint effort. Both mother and father have to be involved. Show the kid that mommy and daddy do love each other and raise them in a good household where they never have to worry about money, but at the same time make them understand why they never gotta worry.

You can stretch that out pretty easily by moving the affected arm across your body, then locking it behind your other arm and pulling it towards you. You will feel it stretch that muscle out a little bit, hold the pose for about 15 seconds.
Then you can bend like you're going to touch your toes, stretch your arm down, and move it to your opposite foot after a few seconds.
And even then after that you can stretch it all the way up in the air.
After all those stretches, get heat on it
Not so hot that it is uncomfortable, but definitely warm enough to ease it up a little bit. You can also get liniment gel if you have access to it

My sister had an orange tabby named Oliver.
Sweet cat, very obedient (to me, didn't listen to her at all xD).
One day, he was resting on the windowsill just enjoying the breeze. A stray cat came up and was on the porch. He made noises at it to tell it to go away, but it didn't care. Next thing we know, Oliver just bolts through the screen, making a nice hole in it, and is standing on the porch glaring at the stray. We freak out, go outside in a panic, he sees us and starts looking around with a "where the heck am I look" as the stray flees bc bigger cat and humans.
