I raised a ticket to Discord to see what ticket number I'd get, to see if the ticket number would be similar as they're usually sequential based on the app they use for ticket management, and I think the ticket was like 4500000 numbers out, (along the lines of Ticket 40000000 was in the email screenshot and the ticket I raised was like 45000000 )
The ecreenshot contains a To, but no text showing in the To box, and the person messaging you is asking you to add some random Discord user to discuss the ticket, right?

My thoughts would be: machine wasn't cleaned, insects were living in the nasty used grounds, got into the filter area.

Then either:
A) they clogged the filter area in a way that caused them to be dispensed with the coffee after they were boiled by the previous cup.
B ) the machine didn't get rid of the old grounds/the filter collapsed and washed some grounds and the insects into her cup.

I keep trying to tell my brothers (because I went to college for welding certs), that welding is maybe 10% of what I actually do. They keep trying to get their welder friends to work where I do

I tell a lot of people to come take the welding classes offered near my work. Many of the classes are paid and you are fully certfied by the end of it. If you enjoy it/are good at it, they help you find a job and it can get your foot in the door to other learning opportunities if you are having trouble finding something else in the meantime.

Open up your build menu. You should then press C for disassembly mode. From there you will be able to destroy your structures and you get all your materials back

C for disassembly mode is also prompted at the bottom of the screen when you do open it up. You then highlight the object (by pointing at it) you wish to destroy
