We have that system, but, I'll be honest, we kind of ignore it. So many abuse it and send us junk (for example, we got a "flaw" that a light was installed an inch off center. They wanted us to do a bunch of work adding cable and updating plans so they could shift it. That isn't our department).
So.... I just ask them to tell me directly, that way I can look into it and move it to my boss if we need to.

In this context, native and indigenous are synonyms, or at least really damn close.

The problem with talking about nativity/indigenousness is that humans are something of an invasive species. We've infested the globe, even in places that are pretty hostile to us, and still live there all the same. The best definition we have for a "native/indigenous" person (I'm just going to use "native" from now on) is that they were born somewhere, because trying to divide people into foreigners/natives based on anything else is both a pathway to accidental racism and pretty arbitrary.

That said, I feel like most people who talk about nativity that way are referring to the cultural differences between the current group of natives and the people who settled the land before them, and I suppose that's a fair distinction between two groups of people. It's not really a nativity argument, but it is a more easily distinguished difference between groups.

To go back to the native vs indigenous convo. As someone who lives in an area with many indigenous people, they usually don't care if you say one or the other. Technically, by law, they are 'native Americans' but either works. However, context is important, as anyone who is talking about someone being a "Florida native" isn't talking about indigenous people, but someone born in Florida, but this can and does include indigenous people, as they are born in Florida as well.

Being pneumatic, it works via air pressure. It has an attachment for a hand wheel that can be used if it gets stuck.

I need to supply a control cable so it can be opened and closed via a control panel. But, the part they have listed in this document does not allow for this as far as I can find.
