Lipton to me is too weak and tastes off. I have only had their pekoe/black tea for sweet tea, their other teas might be better.

When you make a glass of tea, you want to taste the tea you made. You don't want it to be so strong it is overpowering, but you don't want it to be so weak it is as if someone gave you a glass of water and put a little tea in it so it isn't straight water.
Lipton tastes like a glass of meh water with a little tea in it to try to make it not taste as bad.

So there’s one guy and don’t get me wrong I’ve been a problem player before, I’m new to dnd I’m not altogether there yanno?
So I love the roleplay aspect. I’m not too big on combat and stuff right? But I’ll roleplay the Hell outta the NPCs (none of the players really like roleplay, they like combat) so I latch to the DMs NPCs and love going back and forth in down time.

I get pulled by this one guy and told it’s making everyone upset and he wants to quit because of it. So I apologise and I feel awful because the two other people must be feeling bad too.
I organise to have a roleplay session with the dm so I’m not upsetting people

(This will be oversimplified) You, the player, will have an encounter with an enemy, let's use a goblin.

You will be asked to roll for initiative to see if you are faster than the goblin (think of of this as your reaction to seeing each other mixed with your fitness).
You roll a d20 in dnd and add modifiers to determine the numbers.

A d20 is a 20 sided dice, a d6 is the typical dice in board games. A modifier is just a stat boost.

If you go first, you choose your attack. You roll to see if you hit, then the roll damage.

A good DM will then detail out the battle so it isn't just "swing sword, hit/miss, attack"

They will do something like, "you raise your sword at the charging charging you, with all your strength you swing and deal a devastating blow crippling its arm!"
