But in actuality - if it's not cooked poorly (most people can't cook a turkey and/or make gravy to save their life) - it's FAR more flavorful than chicken, the meat is very much different between dark and white meats (chicken there's barely a difference if any), and (if cooked right) can be far juicier too (yes, even the white meat).

To get chicken on the level of properly done turkey you need to process it a whole lot more.
