The hair looks like it should be wet, maybe some water droplets in the hair? This would also allow you to add different colors in areas bc the droplets reflect light.

depending on which mod did the action determines on whether or not i'll reverse a mute/ban. if user was annoying the server to the point a jp mod steps in, i wont change nor discuss it.
