Friend convinced me to play Final Fantasy 7 bc it was his favorite game. He talked it up to death. I borrowed it from my cousin's, played it, beat it. Learned later, friend barely made it into the first disk >.> I don't even think he knew Aeris died.

Well, I then learned of the other games. So, I decided to find them. Got on my dad's Ebay account and began watching some sellers. In the middle of art class, I try to snipe a copy, guy beat me >.> by a lot. Darn.

Went to get another, no one bid, won. Woo hoo!

Hour later, my dad calls me to ask me why I bought 2 of the same game. The guy who beat me on the first one couldn't pay, I won the first copy for like $10. And that is how Mal ended up with 2 Final Fantasy 8s

Yuna has to do a solo battle with that other summoner guy (I cannot remember names, feel free to correct and/or laugh). At one of those battles there is a save just outside. You cannot turn around, you can only go forward. I didn't level something correctly, but I was so under leveled that no matter what I did I was locked in a stalemate with him. I could not damage him.
