Sharp stabbing pain in chest and head could be caused by straining your neck and pulling one of those nerves or the muscle. Again, not a dr and not saying it is it. But, I get it when I get certain migraines.

For me, the migraine stems from the muscle being aggravated and it in turn will sometimes cause the stabbing migraine and pull a nerve that leads to my chest. Thought I was having a heart attack when I first experienced it.

I love my neurologist >.> he made sure to find something that worked and tweaked the dosage until it was just right.
