Anyways! I put a little sugar or honey in the mixture and vanilla extra. Let the bread soak it up, then let it drip for a minute sonit isn't too wet. Cook it low so it cookes through and doesn't brown too quickly.

I just recently bought nutmeg (to make homemade eggnog, omg it was good), need to try it on French toast bc I don't like cinnamon on it.

Stale bread into a custard made of dairy(milk, half n half, or cream) and egg. Optional: sugar, vanilla, nutmeg, cinnamon, etc.
Cook in a pan until lightly golden on both sides and cooked through (temperature varies by stove and pan).

If you want to bake it in the oven, I recommend looking up a recipe to get measurements.
