Stress cleaning can be awesome. You get so much done bc you feel it has to be done, and you do more bc it distracts you.
The downside is, you don't really realize how you are feeling and can hurt yourself by going overboard, can accidentally get rid of things you don't mean to and not realize it until it is too late, and the one I hate: you rearrange to make things better but can't remember your thought process after and can't find anything xD
