I'm in Fedlaw, have quite a few friends that are federal wardens. While they do technically have the authority to conduct traffic stops they typically don't exercise that authority off the ranges they patrol. Especially for traffic infractions that aren't an immediate threat to public safety (including speeding). They will absolutely though for suspected drunk or disabled drivers whom may be a threat to themselves or others on the roadway.
