Depends on what your job is and what the module's about, but I found most of them are just common sense re-written in a fancy corporate language and given new terminologies that management barely even uses. The most interesting reads were those outside of my field, because I'm learning something new, but it seemed like they were also just common sense for people working in those fields.

I hate the terminology ones that are not generally used. You go through a video, it explains the terminology with a bunch of other terminology that needs explanation and a bunch of jargon. Then at the end, it wants you to remember minor specifics it went over for a split second during the 10 minutes of the other jargon x.x

There's a huge screw that basically feeds into a reverb furnace system as part of our lead refinery process. Well we got a maintenance call because the screw had gotten so clogged and built up with lead slag and dust and other nasty stuff that it actually stopped the screw and clogged it up.

So we get out there, and it's me and a few other guys plus one of our supervisors. There's a big sprocket on one end that we got off and a cover plate that we took off as well (these things weigh anywhere between 60-100 pounds)

The goal was to get the screw cleaned off, so it became a process of hooking up this 100-pound chain to the screw and the other end to a frontloader with a clevis. We had to use the loader to push, pull, push to get the rocky stuff loosened up. When we did, two other guys and I had to take these jackhammers to the screw to jackhammer the half-molten stuff off of the screw. There was molten liquid leaking out of it as well while we were doing this; it was pretty hot.

Well, after a while of doing this, the screw gets lodged from some of the stuff that was falling from the top part of the chute it's in, and the driver pulls back hard. Clevis snaps and the chain flies back at mach Jesus into the tank, throwing sparks and everything

I mean the chain in question is huge, and weighs at least 100 pounds if not a little more. It would have absolutely hospitalized or killed someone if it hit them.

We did eventually get the thing cleaned up and put back together (it was overtime that day), but that chain wasn't used again because it had been stretched from all the stress put on it. I tagged it out and they got rid of it that night
