you're gonna have issues no matter what

so it's partially user error, partially game error

when they glitch out of something or onto or into something

Even when I allow a game through my firewall, it still blocks my online access sometimes. If you aren't connecting to anything you need to worry about or have anything else open, you can try temporarily turning off the firewall to see if that works. If it does work, then you know it is firewall and can figure out from there.

I remember there being the dwarven super soldier trainer where you used lava droplets to slowly burn off all of a dwarves skin and replace it with scar tissue. Making them physically and emotionally numb to everything, meaning that they couldn't feel pain and would just keep fighting
