It would simply be nice to launch the game. I downloaded it off my hotspot and went into offline mode. Game wouldn’t launch period. Connected to the hotspot back, it launched. Went into whatever they mean by “offline” mode and turned my hotspot off, homescreened. I owned it. No Gamepass. I’ve never had a game not launch without internet. It makes no sense. Everyone told me they could, but they’re on Steam in their offline mode.
