Arceus is at least competent. It's fun to play and playing Palworld and comparing the two is fun and it makes me appreciate Arceus even more. Arceus at least does a few things better than Palworld, namely the catching mechanics. You can also throw your Pokémon at a resource and they'll pick it up for you and immediately return.
