I just keep the conveyer length short. I think it depends on how many entities are being drawn, though? Any time I've done any kind of breeding, it's caused problems everywhere. I tried to run 8x8 on the plantations, and they would despawn by the time they hit the second belt. sometimes it's just distance

Thanks - I placed the conveyer, a horizontal wall on the snap point above, and vertical walls behind. Then I add the diagonals underneath the top horizontal wall - it keeps the robot out of the belts quite nicely

And after they all died. Just leave the island and come back again. They'll respawn.

There is no story, as far as I'm aware. The game is mostly just a mash up of various game mechanics. There's still a LOT of stuff left to be added to the game too, so its not surprising you'd run out of things to do this quick.

this wheat method is extremely scalable with only one bot needed, its a more fps intensive technique compared to wall push method, but it can scale far more with only one bot.

I tried to build something, I would say that the things that are missing the most at the moment are ways to give relief to the constructions. Half Walls, crenellations, stairs, beams and pillars that could be put on the walls in the corners or anywhere, but also other varieties of blocks like tiles for the roofs or cobblestones with exposed beams.

here is my my wheat farm. It's simple and effective.
Its 18 Fields, so the harvester is constantly having grown wheat arount -> no risk of running for wood.
The absorber is attached to the harvester and pulls the wheat right under where I am hanging.
SideNote: If you heal yourself once in a while, you do not need food. 😄

enemy npc also the same, they'll die in water only if they stay in the water until they die. But yeah they have survival instinct so they'll try to get out of the water. But if they cant then they'll die. You might notice that sometimes you find items floating in water because some enemy is drowning there.

It is semi-automated atm. because you can't fully automate it yet. You can automate wheat to wheat flour, but the wheat flour to bioethanol isn't possible yet. So that has to be made yourself in the aging facility.
I bet there are tons of videos on youtube how to automate the wheat to wheat flour, I'm still testing ways to make the autofarms more efficient, because there is a limit to how many resources there can be in one area.

I'm using the large cooking pot to automate the wheat flour production
it is a bit slower than putting the wheat into cooking pots yourself, but it is one step closer to automate bioethanol

ahh, put 2 stacks of wheat and 2 stacks of wheat flour, and come back every 10 min and refill the wheat flour. That will fill the spots and stop the bread making.
