Recipe:
200g oats
50g almonds
40g pistachios
50g coconut flakes
60g coconut oil
60g maple syrup
2 tbsp. Matcha
1 tsp vanilla
1 pinch of salt
Optional: Matcha chocolate
First mix all dry ingredients and then merge with the liquid ones. Spread the mixture on a baking sheet and bake at 170° for 15-20 min. Let the granola cool on the tray. Then optionally mix in some chopped matcha chocolate and keep the granola in a jar.
Enjoy!

Off the top of my head for loose leaf I have ājade arrowā green tea, jasmine green tea, gui fei oolong, golden snail, a couple of puāerhs (ripe and raw - actually not huge on this tho), some random oolong which is more on the black side, then some flavoured ones like lychee black tea, mango black tea, āgreen roseā (which is kind of a tropical/rose green blend), a little selection box of ādessert teasā my friend *sent me from Canada, then a load of infusions/things like chamomile, ginger tea, hibiscus, butterfly pea etc.
Oh some diff purple teas too
any kinda green tea I love. Jade Arrow or Jasmine sounds good

I made a vegan opera cake for the first time today š (was going to make another tier but realized I wouldn't have enough pieces bc I was making some for 8 people, so I just settled with 2.) The layers aren't quite even but overall pretty happy with how it turned out and it tasted very good
made some spinach mozzarella ravioli with shrimp! the sauce is basil pesto w onions, tomato, and sum mango habanero
never made a sauce mix like this but it's actually bomb

that was a mistake & most of them are somewhat horrifying in their formlessness, but overall the bread is great & would make again (maybe bake for just a shade longer)
also replaced the milk powder in the filling with custard powder, so they have a pleasant vanilla-y coconut custard taste (it rly looks like salted egg haha)
