The ONLY reason I'm gonna get one is I bought this damned 4k display like over a year ago and been running the 6800 on it, which performs 'fine'. But it could be MUCH better and I could get the whole range of FPS/Refresh Rate use out of it with something more powerful. I bought this 6800 for like 300-350 bucks on eBay when I did get it.

And from what I see the FE cards are only sold at/by Best Buy? That might be in my favor as I live like quite literally 60 seconds away from one. We got any BB employees in chat lol

Yea, I like the look of that one. And the 30-40 series FE cards. Just black bricks that do what they need. AND It seems that Nvidia actually competes with their partners instead of letting them just be miles ahead like AMD does.

So getting one of the boring looking Nvidia ones doesn't corner me with worse performance than the AIB's.

That moment is why I even went with an AMD card tbh. EVGA was the only brand I really liked/trusted. It was the only one I used since like 2005? Up till 2022? But now I'm over my "I hate Nvidia cause they pushed EVGA away". Cause from what I see online, it's not like you're gonna find a 4090 atm for anything less than MORE than what it costs new, but it's used. So even if Nvidia made the 5090, 2000$USD at launch, it's still better than buying a 4090 atm lol. Sure it's marked up 300-400$ MORE than the 4090 was but... I reckon not many people will be buying one to try and flip. Cause even at the 2k limit, that's pretty much the ceiling for me. I can't imagine paying more than that for one.

MicroCenter has it right, they offer some good deals/packages as well as an awesome warranty/replacement plan that is supid cheap. Like for my Mobo and CPU 2 year, no questions asked replacement plan it was 70 bucks? 100%. Google SPT tarkov. It's just you bots and friends if you want them. You can adjust the AI to be more realistic as well and not just instantly head shot you. Can increase the spawn rates. Turn off PMC bots and just double the amount of Scavs, whatever you want. You can still do all the quests too so you can actually play through the games story without worrying about cheaters.

I've beaten the game twice now. Gotten two different endings. I'm waiting for the new GPU and some patches to play again. Cause I have to play it with integer scaling centered at 1440p on my 4k display. Yea that was what was wrong for me to get it for 150 bucks on eBay. The "hard" thing to get on eBay as far as cheap PS5's go is that half of them are console banned. And I contacted Sony about it and asked if as a new owner can they be unbanned and was told straight up no, and the console is destined for the garbage.

It's a rpi hooked up to the spi hook ups (I think I can't remember atm) to a game and watch 30th anniversary so you can flash custom firmware and then put more games on it. I have to replace the flash storage though cause it's like 4MB or something stupid so it only holds the bare min. But you can replace it with 256MB.
