well the vanilla unmodded game bugs out frequently by default. with mods like that (Graphical aesthetic mod), will of course, put pressure on the computer's video card and cpu proccess

tbh I'd imagine stuff is smuggled in with old shipments from the military thats still preserved. Stuff coming in with the scientists- maybe a box full of rubbing alcohol goes 'missing'. ISPF, or Ward bringing in stuff. One way or another it would find its way back to traders. That or people who specialize in smuggling materials in and out of the zone. Artifacts have to get out somehow, right?

Antiperspirant Deodorant to help with sweat protection and smell, rubbing alcohol (or just straight up vodka, that always works), fresh water, food, cigarettes - especially those, variety of Paper for various purposes.

However, I imagine they would sponge bath instead of use wet wipes. bottled water isn't rare by all means- and wet wipes could be better used for cleaning around cuts and wounds. Soak a sponge with water, and just clean up the dirt. Works both on the wearer and armor if used sparingly.

Different scenario tho ngl. Dunno about S2 lore but in the trilogy you know that artifacts are needed in the big land due to their qualities. And we also know that military was responsible for the fact that big land was full of artifacts. But why would anyone risk smuggling stuff for some random stalkers?

Artifacts and other oddities given to the smugglers so they can sell it in the mainland, in exchange they get munitions, medical supplies, necessities. effectively what they need to stock up their store as well. I forgort if they used mainland currency in Stalker SOC or not. It was soviet Rubles right? So I dunno if those would matter in bargaining with smugglers from the mainland.

I do imagine there would be good demand on anything that helps with hygiene. Like antiperspirants, TP, clean water obviously. just bc most stalkers are using the same equipment.. And its not like there's places with plumbing and clean water to use.

Additionally now that I consider it: Medical equipment. Pills, cream, ointments - those things can expire. And ointments n creams can expire n rot. Sterilized bandaids and bandages will have its packaging break down from exposure to the elements, and now its no longer sterilized.

With hygeine already being a probable issue. I expect there would be not only a demand on products to help with Hygiene - but also new medical supplies:

• Painkillers
• Antibiotics
• Skin ointments
• Medications
• Sleeping pills
• Cold Symptoms relief.
• Antitoxins
• ESPECIALLY Tetanus immune Globulin.

If you're working in the zone and trying to make money to get by. You can't exactly afford to be put out of action for a few days because you catch some kind of illness- whether its hygiene or something else.

Thats honestly a great question. Good hygeine as a mechanic where mutants and other stalkers can detect you from further away if you haven't kept up.

And then illnesses that reduce endurance, vision, and mobility, radiation, and psi resistances. That can get so bad you're forced to spend a few days in one of the clinics in game.

Bonus feature: old version of all medical supplies. theres a chance it will just make you sick, damage you, or work at half efficiency because its expired.
Im pretty sure if I suggest this to any hardcore fan, they'll look at me like this
