I wanted to upgrade to 32GB RAM and I once read the lowest DDR5 clock speed is 4400 MHz and goes up to 7600 MHz.

Do I have to stay at 4400mhz or can I go to a higher MHz because that is what a RAM type offers?

as long as there arent any dlc for now, really hard to say. not sure what side mission or missions are already added by ultimate edition, but future dlcs will be released and then it will be known if its worth it or not. im not sure if ultimate or preorder was needed for journalist stashes - the skins for shotgun and viper are meh but i dont know about the rest of the stashes for now yet.
