Basically if you search on MSI for a GPU they will spend most of the time in pitching the cooler/fans and it's features
Because the chip itself is from Nvidia and is the same for all of them so what they are actually Selling is the cooler fans and backplate(maybe even the main motherboard)

Again imagine if the cpu cooler would come with the cpu attached it wouldn't make much sense to talk all to much about the cpu because that's what everyone else is Selling

What they try to do is they need to convince you to get their cpu+cooler Combo so ofcurse they will give it a Fancy name
