hitting 15cps isnt even incredibly difficult for me its more the fact that I have to balance this cps between my left and right index finger while doing 60fps frame perfect inputs. Which it might not seem hard alternating but tbh I find one finger jitterclicking 15cps easier because with alternating you have to get used to having both of your hands in perfect sync to not click at the same.

I just have like 7,000 spinning thoughts about a dynamic system for each npc stalker and the player to have like more detailed faction relation systems, the base idea is to have all of the stalkers in the zone be able to lean towards different factions like the player can, as like one of the things that has always bugged me with stalker games is that only the player can ever like go and shoot a random squad of loners for some job that is repeatable and doesnt really matter or can remain a loner and do jobs for freedom and stick around both freedom and loner camps, or remain a loner while still doing jobs for bandits, but all of the a-life random stalkers are almost completely black and white when it comes to their relations. Bandits kill loners and loners kill bandits. No loner ever gets robbed by the bandits outside of text and scripted sequences and in the reality of the engine the relations between the two is always KOS no matter who it is.

Instead of there being a spectrum for atleast each small squad of stalkers from each individual faction.

ah ive thought about this, i thought there was a mod that lets npcs do jobs aswell other than just take loot chill around and do nothing unless danger comes up close to them, like in some cases you might find stalkers trying to catch an artefact or such but you dont find a loner hunting a guy far away in like beards ship to finish his task so it did feel not dynamic at times, altho it was still pretty good, as for faction leaning the only thing compared to this ive seen was clear sky or stalker mods, would be awesome if its implemented tho

(Part 1 ) ZONE FACTION RELATIONS: One of the most fascinating things about the games, especially the first game Shadow of Chernobyl, is paying attention to the Faction relations and exactly where the different Factions will go at various stages in the Game. For example, the Bandits never go north of the Great Metal Factory, with the Wild Territory being the farthest reach and they sure as hell never venture into Yantar. You don't find Bandits in the Army Warehouses, they never venture into Pripyat or go beyond to the CNPP. They really don't stray too far from the Dark Valley, with the Agroprom being one of their farthest reaches other than the WT. Now the Military is a different story. Beyond the Cordon, they can be found passing through Garbage and have their stronghold in the Agroprom in 2012, where they are above and below ground. Now consider in 2011, that same location was under the control of Duty. Did they fight each other for it? Most likely since we are told anomalies make the path to Rostok beyond our reach, we can assume that as soon as the big blowouts at the end of Clear Sky, the way was cleared for Duty to abandon their out of the way base in the Agroprom, for a more central location in Rostok. In SoC, we see the Military have moved into the Agroprom, no doubt for the choice base to extend their control but also most likely due to the discovery of the underground. Why is this? In my opinion, this is very simple. Since most all the X-18 mutants respawn, we have Bloodsuckers, Snorks and the Pseudogiant return to repopulate X-18. If the Player went back to the level changer and then through Garbage to Rostok, you could run into them. If you remain at the Dark Valley level changer you will see them arrive. The Military now with a farther northern outpost and with their interest in the Agroprom Underground apparent, it was beneficial to have a Cordon to Agroprom passage, which extended their northern control. Who lost with the movement of Duty? The Loners did. In 2011 they were stronger in the Cordon and controlled half the Agroprom, In fact, if Scar doesn't help the Loners, all they care about is gaining access to the Agroprom. The Loners became weaker in the Cordon and abandoned their base by the railroad tracks. The Loners abandoned their base in the Agroprom. The Loners took advantage of the Dutyers moving to Rostok and formed an alliance with them to cohabitate the eastern half of Rostok. Neither Faction had the resources to control the western half of the Great Metal Factory, that soon became known as the Wild Territory. We know that Bandits and Mercenaries moved into this location. We know that in 2011, the Freedom Faction had a great base but just like Duty in the Agroprom, they felt isolated and at the edge of the known Zone. Freedom found out that there was a large Military Base, north of Rostok but it was taken over by Zombies. If Scar, upon first entering the Army Warehouses, avoids first talking to the Freedom leader and explores the AW, he will find Zombies have taken over the Military Base (you can farm them for massive amounts of 5.45 BP ammo) and only when Scar talks to the Freedom leader, do the Zombies magically get replaced by Military, that Freedom wants Scar to remove and help their men to do so. Freedom leaves the Dark Valley and goes to the AW, where we find them in 2012. Likewise, the Bandits abandon their terrible location in Garbage for being too small and too exposed, and wisely move to the Dark Valley, where its isolated location makes it ideal to run their thievery operations out of. They had no idea about the X-18 Lab being in their backyard or the grief it would cause them later. (Continued)
