Because I decided to play without it for my master soc playthrough and its been annoying as hell at times, sakharov's mutant part quests are backwards the blind dog tail is a boar hoof and a boar hoof is a pseudodog tail(no this is not a typo, a pseudodog tail and the task description for the boar leg is a blind dog tail) and you protect stalkers at the agroprom inside of army warehouses and protect border mission in the aw constantly breaks unless you kill a bloodsucker in the dark valley etc.
