I found the problem of skyrim. Vortex'mods were supposed to be on the same hard drive(for some reason the mods were downloaded on a diferent hard drive even if vortex was installed on the same drive as the game), and that i need to activate the plugins too. I don't know if all mods work because only skyui can be seen, while the other mods are bug fixes and aome audio improvements which i don't know if there are any diferences, but at least the ui is improved. And i hope the other mods i installed work too.
