In terms of Detachments, you're right. Although I do think that is a positive change. The only one to be hit seems to be the Dark Angels for no reason at all. I doubt it'll be the same case for the other Chapters, as they still have the same Chapter iconography

The real problem is Azrael

He costs too little for what he can do
