Guys I thought my computer was broken. I got it out of my backpack at my aunts house and realized that it was on the entire time and not shut down so I plugged it in and started setting it up after I restarted it and nothing would work when I tried to connect it not my keyboard not my Bluetooth mouse so I unplugged everything and let it be shut down for an hour after doing a ton of virus scans and useless stuff. And then I came back and turned it on and still nothing would connect so I troubleshooted it and I had an invisible Screensaver on the entire time apparently. I turned it off and everything worked. So I just wasted like an hour and 30 minutes of my life.
