Can anyone tell me what is OGSe supposed to be? I tried researching but i hate that moddb most times doesn't have a simple, one-liner explanation of what the mod is about. Usually there's just progress updates, lines of code, specific in-engine fixes,changes etc. But I don't want to read a whole programming science paper in order to understand what it does, I don't even comprehend that coding stuff. Same thing with OGSE, spent an hour trying to figure out and I still don't know what the mod essentially does. I did find on reddit people say 'its the ultimate stalker' and that 'it brings the original experience' but wth is that supposed to mean? The original game is the original experience.

CoC is about fricking around and having no main goal.

Anomaly is the only mod I remember that has a story of some kind. But it's standalone.
If you need mods - find the mods you would like to see in the game by yourself (people usually customize CoC as they wish)

I’m experiencing a weird bug with 3D pda that comes with Anomaly

Every time I put it up to my face it gets weirdly stretched to the side and half of the pda is off screen

According to the devs themselves, it should work absolutely fine, HOWEVER if you're using mods in 1.5.0 that haven't been updated and aren't available in 1.5.1 then you're gonna be met with compatibility issues and it won't work.

Does anyone know the sources of new radio musics coming along with a mod called Arsenal Overhaul 1.2 for Clear Sky? Or at least know how to locate the musics? I tried to look for them in the sounds folder, but they are not there somehow, and I don't know what to do.

They work in the game by the way, but I'm not able to find them in the folder somehow

Anomaly runs really well unmodded, it's very customisable & you can really fine tune the difficulty / graphics etc. Honestly this is probably all part of the reason it has such a large following.

Its actually pretty chill, fun when you get past the rookie village part. Easily able to get good weapons and armor early game if you know what you're doing. No veteran stalker should have a problem with anomaly, especially since you can customize how many mutants appear or how much damage you take if you feel overwhelmed. Highly recommend anomaly to anyone who knows what they're doing. Noobs stay away.

Do you mean the carry weight (maximum amount of stuff you can carry at one time), or is this a different mechanic I'm not aware of? I haven't played Dead Air, but, in theory, if you just wanted (near) unlimited carrying weight, you could just unpack the files & mod the player character's maximum carry weight to something stupid like 9999KG.

Ah okay, I think I understand. I believe someone here has mentioned that ModDB has mods that increase this.
If this bag capacity is coming from an item, then you should still be able to mod it yourself - Unpack the game files, locate the LTX file that handles the item, modify the stat, and 'install' that file like you would any other mod. The good thing about STALKER modding is that, even though I may not have played every game out there, the ways of changing stuff don't really change all that much. :grin:
