I went into OGSR discord basically OGSR engine is not adding anything its pure engine , the other OGSRs are mods

I'v installed the DoctorX Call of The Zone mod and I think it has effected NPC's spawing properly. When I go to Garbage there are no NPC's at the check point, I ran to Train Hanger and there was only 1 enemy NPC and that was it.
Rookie Village has 4 people in it.

Okay, nevermind I kinda fixed it. I had rebound the quick save key and done a quick save for the first time. And for some reason it broke my backpack animations. I'd press it and I'd crouch to open the backpack but nothing would happen and I'd be stuck there. Trying to load a save would crash. I could turn off backpack animations and access my inventory but then trying to create a new save would also cause a crash. Luckily I had a separate save not too far back and I loaded that one and everything is fine. The animations and all. I tried a bunch of other stuff but that's the only thing that worked. Really weird.

Hello, I am super lost on how to mod SoC, I have a mod list with the mods I'd like, but I have no idea where to start or how to implement the mods into the game, can anyone help me?

you take a folder called gamdata

I think I messed up with the SoC root file, I would throw the game data inside the directory of SoC and then when I tried launching the game it didn't open, it also didn't have all the other mods either.
