No. The authors do not change locations in 90% of cases. At a minimum, they are lazy, at a maximum, they do not know how to use SDK. In Legend Returns, for example, some locations were changed. But I don’t know when it will be updated or whether it will be updated at all.

The maps are nice but get quite annoying to traverse with how empty they can be and how slow they make your character. I eventually just edited the configs myself to make me faster.

that's very hard to accomplish that kind of movement. start with editing actor.ltx and edit actor's running speed and jump height first to replicate that movement

ofc this still have some problems for example, a tiny bump of the terrain (like railways or even props) can slow the actor's movement to zero. making it not a perfect fast movement.

take it slow and dont worry about using your ammo, the cave thing is a microcosm so you wont retain anything from it (meaning equipment), look at the map they give you it has paths drawn on it

Fortunately I had been warned before hand not to mess with the military at the bridge because the officer is a quest giver now

I am not in a rush so I plan to explore the cordon a little more before moving to the garbage now that I have some guns and ammo (found a lot of buckshot in cases around the area)

I used default and have corrupted save files because of that, probably. Used mod quick save in menu i dont have that problem. Also, Jekan after that should say something.

Hope it helped. I completed all junkyard without corrupted saves and crashes. Before i got corrupted save here, when i quick save using default game buttons. Its hidden feature, kinda, game say about how you should quick save if you saving using f7 or f6, dont remember. Also, create backup folder on desktop for saves. It might help to recover.
