Unpack the game files and navigate to the outfits ltx,search for the suit handle and directly change the values
Replicate the folder structure you saw in the unpacked gamedata (create gamedata in your game folder and recreate it) and out the modified ltx file there
Modify the ltx with notepad

Anomaly is an Anomaly in how modding stalker works bc in they exist in their own bubble where they try to replicate Fallout modding without having the necessary infrastructure to merge addon files
the stalker games dont have this tech meaning if 2 addons modify the same file there will be a conflict and it will crash
you will need to directly and manually make a compability patch,meaning unless someone specifically merges them,mods are assumed as not compatible unless stated otherwise,and thus the stalker community is more so focused on creating total conversion that touch on every aspect of the game and fully modify it rather than making modules

for the example of Anomaly,their own bubble has loads and loads of module mods with modlists that you are supposed to build yourself from little parts,instead of being prebuilt and one single download and independant
but none of this is why OXR is better

OXR allows for engine modifications meaning that you can fork and deeply mod whatever you want in with a better degree of control and ease
so instead of needing to use LUA extender scripts and spawn NPCs in with scripts its easier by allowing you to directly mess with the engine and add these features
of course,you wont be able to install there,the modder will fork the OXR,do his own modifications,and build the project to create his mod
