Hey @sudden knoll A bit embarrassed to be asking for help, but I can't seem to get EFT Weapon Reposition working. I've followed the install instructions and put the mods and patches in the appropriate load order but whenever I start the game, the positions are still in the same place. And when I lower vanilla pistols that have blindsides animations the arms go all the way above the camera. I don't know what to do anymore really.

Hey there fellow stalker fans !, i have a question regarding inventory management and im out of options when i use my best efforts to find anything related to the issue i am experiencing. So, i had two left either post a forum thread and wait, and or ask the community if there might be someone like me who experienced the same.

Here's the issue i have and want to fix. I am currently playing Stalker Anomaly (1.5.1) and whenever i open my inventory it seems like the items are "snapped" and locked next to other items.

My goal however, is to make it all manageable and loose, lets say in a non snapping free placement mode on the inventory grid.

If anybody has experience with setting this up, please let me know. I Appreciate the time and effort to read this trough in advance !

NLC rebalances the entire game around these mechanics so the numbers youre fighting against are smaller meaning that healing is not a thing you do in combat and is more a thing you do outside of it,which is good,armour and weapon scalling also actually work there,tushkanos are a lot and are a problem very early game but as soon as you get a weapon and armour your only problem is taht they waste your ammo
its well balanced,bc it was balanced around these mechanics
but I have yet to fight the psy mutants and the latter level,I havent gone past garbage so I cant say yet

like you said,the game is more survival horror,and youre supposed to finish the fight first before applying healing stuff to yourself,the artifact system also helps you in case of protection against some elements,its very well balanced

Hello there. I thought I'd have a go at the Stalker series. I did briefly try them years ago but the ModDB option seemed a bit awkward. My modding exp is with Skyrim via Steam using external Mod programs (Mod Organizer 2 with Wrye Bash and SKSE64, Loot ) and have some experience but I'm no expert. I wondered if anyone has a good guide for modding via Steam some fairly simple good suggestions. Thanks.

To be honest I have no idea what Call of Pripyat GA does except sweet animations and turning Burers into Superman

Adding detectors,and consumable animations as well as rebalancing the mutants means you'll have to do a full rebalance of the game
Something I am sure they will half-ass,just like every other Gunslinger port mod

SoC's formula isn't condusive to the stuff they are adding

True, but the dialog in general is horrible and sometimes it is hard to understand what the characters say. The AI translation is kinda wacky. I did finish the games multiple times but it has been a while and I love to immerse myself again into the characters and story.

It solves the problems, yes. Introduces one or two issues but it's waaay better than vanilla Anomaly.

Progression is a lot better, I thought depending on RNG would make it unfair but it was pretty good so far

Artifacts are cooler but I wish you can actually sell them instead of saving them for future uses
