Since when is EFT like STALKER?

EFT is a game where there's a PMC war between USEC and BEAR in order to avoid a conventional war between the US and Russia, those PMCs are then left behind and are pretty much forced to fight eachother but there aren't that much ideologies just getting out of here except for scavs who wants to steal everything.

While STALKER has a completely different story and gameplay, as well as the fact that it contains a tons of factions with their reasons, are not forced to kill each other and most importantly there are anomalies and mutants.

And the upgrades in COP are not visual, there's no visual difference after you upgrade a weapon in COP or CS

1. Lack of content, every single quest is randomly generated and there are only 5 different types at best. Not to mention the balance here is terrible so you could actually get a randomly generated quest from Cordon all the way to freaking pripyat that gives you close to nothing, or you can get a quest that pays well, takes 10 minutes tops to compete and has almost no risk
2. Huge amount of filler items or just worthless extras that don't have any gameplay advantages and could be removed easily, there are 30 medical items but you only need to use one to heal. Mods make this worse by making other healing items mandatory if you want to reach full HP so it's a matter of choosing a volcano or the gates of hell
3. Unbalanced, annoying mechanics. Repairing weapons manually is only a hundred or so rubles cheaper than just repairing them using a technician, even though it's much harder to find the repair parts than rubles
4. Crappy progression, since progression is the only real gameplay element here you'd expect it to be good, but nah. A lot of weapons and armor are useless and the game gives you too much money. You can get endgame gear by mid game
5. Bad artifact system, I'll admit the artifact container was a cool idea, but the artifacts themselves are not. They're not balanced well and rely on randomness so you can get bad artifacts at late game places, and good artifacts at early game areas. Their stats aren't fun either and are somehow worse than the vanilla games or mods like NLC 7

Anomaly runs on strings and needless (how I put it), personally ruined my taste in gaming last year making it for me impossible to like games I already have (but that's personal)
Let's be honest, Anomaly can be actually immersive, making it feel like your character is part of the zone (or atleast it would do...)
Anomaly has serious fixing to do, at this point I prefer COC because of it's vibe the unedited engine it has
the optimisation is PISSPOOR and honestly I don't see how X-ray Monolith is supposed to look better than X-ray 1.6, I actually think it looks uglier, unless you get a reshade but still X-ray Monolith doesn't look anymore advanced tbh
Anomaly devs need to invest into character arc, consistency, stalker events and faction system
Uh the stalker events... what I mean by that is when there is actually a shootout going on, in GAMMA or actually Vanilla Anomaly, Cold has a quest of defending the pump station, ok finally we get to do go down into a shootout (that task can bug out), once you take place into the marker that triggers the bandits spawning, it doesn't feel special, and the combat movement feels like it's out from Tarkov, basically existing to engage one guy at a time, overall the stalkers feel like placeholders, all of them have the same dialogue, only information varies, there is nothing special
Anomaly is just like STALKER itself, an unfinished boat

Anomaly tries to be immersive by adding PDA animations and grindy quests, most other mods achieve immersion by making believable characters and interesting quests.
