NLC - ShoC, but a lot harder. It's even harder than Misery (lol, I don't know who consider it as hard mod), mostly - unfair. You play as asthmatic Strelok (like in Dead Air) with literally nothing (only with bleeding and no medkit in your invertory, until Doc gives it after the conversation). You can die after tushkano touching you and you always bleed, like in CS.

Anomalies are invisible and you will die instantly if you touch them even once.
