Filters don't have radioactive dust unless really used and at that point, broken anyways. All Soviet filters have asbestos but you can't inhale that unless the filter is damaged. Charcoal is also common in filters

We have really lax laws, up to 17j everything is a toy, most common fps are:
350 in buildings/small arenas (single fire only in buildings or entire small field)
450 in open field, forest
500 for lmg
550 dmr (single fire only, must have a sidearm for shooting below ~20 meters)
~550-600 manual bolt snipers (like dmr sidearm required)

But it mostly depends on the area you are in, in Silesia the mad lads have up to 550 on assault rifles, while here in Mazovia we use the ones I wrote, Poland is a nice place for asg

Here in NL it's 1.2j for assault, pistols and anything else you use past 5 meters. 1.7j for DMR, not allowed to shoot within 25 meters and i believe 2.2/2.4 for bolt action snipers or DMR's with a 2 second delay and also no shooting within 25 meters

After a while i came to, and heard something or someone moaning. "Animals," I thought at first, but then i realized that it was my friend lying in front of me. I saw his skin ripped all over his body, saw his muscles bleeding all over and saw the bones sticking from disgusting wounds. He was clumsily holding his now exposed guts with his hand, while he was crawling further out of the cave. It was miracle he didn't die on the spot.
"What the hell happened?," I couldn't make sense of anything. I still had my backup pistol, and by a defense mechanism of some sort i started shooting towards the darkness of the cave. I had 20 rounds in that pistol, and i switched to single fire. when i still had 7 rounds, something grabbed my hand, and made me pull the trigger.
At that time i didn't even realize where my gun was pointed and where i was shooting but i couldn't stop. I'd have had to face what i did to my friend/ I didn't even have the courage to take his dog tags. I just ran.

How could i talk to someone or have another friend, when the Zone could take them too? It's better to be alone. Friendship comes with a price and a risk. The short-lived warmth of friendship is not worth it, if you could lose that friendship in the worst imaginable way. I have this bump on my head now to remind me of that.

Modern Russian shoes or even Ukrainian should be ok, can't say that for Poland, only the newest model is actually ok but you can get something better for that price
