regular mre (military or civilian one) is probably the lowest preparation effort food you can get, and mostly have everything you might need excluding medical supplies, in american 1 meal mre you have: snacks, some form of bread, coffee, some isotonic drink base, main course with flameless heater and some basic things like matches and tissue paper, some have the folding stoves like the one above and water purification tablets so you can safely drink some water you find

also you don't want to carry too much of stuff around, my typical hiking kit is a bootle of water of camelback (i really recommend these), some food (recently i got really fond of getting 1 meal mres, if it's a shorter hike I just get some fruit bars and maybe some nuts), extra shirt and something for colder weather, a rain poncho, emergency flashlight, space blanket, some basic ifak (individual first aid kit, few bandages, gauze, tourniquet, scissors for them, maybe painkillers and stomach pills), my wildo tupperware kit (2 bowls, folding cup and a spork) and powerbank for my phone, it's also good to have a map if you can read it and find your position, you can also invest in gps but that's quite expensive (phone navigation is really bad outside of cell coverage and it is not really accurate on it's own, you can see how it always snaps into the nearest road)

for stalker fun, my own plan for the next larp event if it is not canceled is most of the above and some asg gear

A two pack setup is pretty optimal if you're planning on bringing a pack with you into the fight. For any sort of extended outing, you likely won't be able to pack and strap everything you need into just your day pack. A larger pack with the day pack secured on top will work, for Stalker larp however, just stick with one good sized rucksack. Sleeping system at the bottom, you can skip on a tent if you have a waterproof bivy although a tent is a nice luxury.

MREs are okay if heated, some of them being pretty nice even, but eating them cold is unpleasant. They also get heavy pretty quickly, and only for one meal. Mountain House makes freeze dried food that's lighter and tastes better, and First Strike makes ration packs that weigh a touch more than an MRE but can easily cover three meals. I've stretched one out over 2 days without being overly hungry.

You'll want cookware for ultimate larp. Liquid fuel stoves are best for extended outings, but a canister stove will last you better for a brief trip, are generally lighter, more efficient and have a better boil time than liquid fuel stoves, and take up less space. Most can't be used with a windscreen, so keep that in mind.

best way in my eyes is draging them through the mud and especially gravel and rocks repeatedly, really leet everything soak in.

you do that a few times with washing inbetween and it tends to wear and fray fairly quickly, and dulls the color.

bleach is really hard to get right, but its a hell of a lot quicker then letting the sun fade it

funny enough the best way to realisticly fade clothing is to put it on a mannequin, and have it spin outside for months with a little propeler

Not hard. If you're going for an exoskeleton kinda cosplay, S10 is the perfect mask bc that's what they actually used in game. For a rookie, GP-5 will do fine. MP4, and M74 are also good options. The PBF is a mask that was used to base a gas mask model in-game off of.
