Look like two pieces of old shrinking tube to me, that contract when heated up (e. g. over a lighter or heat gun). You could apply those to a punctured tube or wiring as an improvised means insulation. But I have no clue what you might use those for on this particular East German model.

Maybe they are ment to be used as a vulcanize patch for the gas mask. Cut a small bit off and heat it up with a lighter. The heat makes the rubber bonds with the other rubber and boom a patch. But that’s just a speculation.

Vaccination was used to patch up car tires for a long while to not 100% sure if that’s the case here.

What if Stalker 3 would be based around northern part of the Zone. Where We would see some new factions, less influenced area by Ward. Wilder area with more smaller bases rather than big ones like Rostok. You would be able to join factions just like in cs. Faction wars 2.0 basically. More balanced gameplay due to lack of exo suit stalkers, because of less popular area. Completely new anomalies. Like Snow areas, Corrosion, Time related ones (you recognize the area of influence by half of the house being brand new and rest of the house like typical houses in the Zone.) Reusing scraped ideas like the Sin faction. There could be another kind of Brain Scorcher device that still works possibly.

A gun's weight acts as a recoil dampener. If you start shaving off the material without changing the caliber, you're messing with the ballistics. It's pretty negligible on smaller grain rounds though, it mostly starts affecting .40s, .45s, .357's, etc.

At the end, when I was climbing down, I lost sight of my buddy. Instead I saw a local security firm's car pull up to the parking lot.
I decided to casually climb down, showed the guy in the car a thumbs up, and then calmly walked off like a chad I wish to be.
No police, no questions, no harm done to me or the building.

weak-ass final product QC ig. Otherwise QC is very good (mighta gotten licky with construction quality, but Victoptics has been very kind to me with every product). This is actually very, very clear glass (for what you get in a 250€ optic duh, but in my somewhat limited experience, its above its price point). The two levels of reticule brightness makes it usable for every condition actually. Standard disc/button battery. idk if this is real, but the adjustment of windage and elevation makes the reticle move inside the POV of the sight, unlike a traditional scope where the reticle is always in the center and the view moves

I plan on some point down the line having a custom face made to closer Match his resemblance, but I was primarily trying to use parts I found through eBay. I did however go through the effort for modifying the face I did use to have his scar on the side using green stuff

Currently making slight modifications on the jacket, I wasn't happy with how uneven the sealed seems were. Once I'm fully finished I'm going to do some outside photography of the finished design
