its hard to recommend clothes like that to people since everyone is shaped different, if ur a man and ur below 180 cm, take one which ends above your knees, if ur higher, take one that ends below your knees (if u take one thats below ur knees if ur shorter, its going to make u even shorter) u just have to try em out because they’re not made the same and the cloth lays itself differently on your body

I’m trying to create some simple items to fill my Loner kit with. What I already have:
•AI-2 Medkit
•STALKER Energy drink (I’ll post a link to the label below)
•GP-5 gas mask (and polycarbonate mask lens, to use in airsoft/milsim)
•Misc. Items that need no changes (batteries, swiss knife, superglue, etc)

What I’d like to make:

i made mine from scratch with a machine

started with a cardboard template, made a more precise base and used it to cut some padded quilted fabric for the filler

sewed the edges on all the pieces before sewing each half together

then I used cordura like fabric for the main outer vest, I cut them folded in half to ensure everything was symmetrical, then when cut I folded them to pin the velcro and ensure that was symmetrical too. The front half of the vest is pictured, velcro was added to the shoulder and side wings to correspond with the back half and attach them before the main straps. I added Egyptian cotton fabric to the back half of the front for some slight breathability, I would use mesh if i did it again. The filler was sealed in between the halves when sewn, then a webbing trim was sewn around the edges to keep it all together

I sewed some velcro and cordura fabric to webbing straps with detailing and reinforcement to hold everything together. The molle webbing which is seen but never used in the games was done separately with cordura fabric and 1 inch webbing strap. I made two panels to sit on either side of the button seam on my coveralls so they'd look together when it was done up. They were sewn with webbing for the trim to seal and prevent fraying before being sewn directly to the coveralls, with the molle also being sewn through the suit for additional strength. If I were to do this again I'd make it one piece with slots to attach to suspenders instead

so for the pads I used a thin ripstop fabric and the padded quilted fabric, cut ovals with the ripstop being wider and stitched lines across, then folded the edges over and stitched it shut. I then added 1 inch webbing as a trim. The same process was done for shoulder and elbow pads, with the shoulders being larger

I used the padded quilted fabric and made pads with folded sealed edges that were stitched together by hand, then stitched it to the inner edge of the shoulder pads to help give it body

Your best bet is to grab a similarly coloured and shaped can and just strap it on it remove the screw from the Original filter and put that in the can but do it safely as you might break the asbestos so do it outside with protection
