I'm no 3D expert, so i wont do a full "how to print" tutorial. I just supply the model i made for the community to use.

I’d like to suggest dummy armor plates for your plate carrier so it doesn’t look so floppy, and also wearing it higher (the top of the front plate should line up with your collar bones, roughly speaking)- these small changes make a big difference aesthetically

Outside of that, my biggest criticism is the camo; I wouldn’t put it past freedom to use some multicam irl, but the full multicam getup comes off more as modern military imo

Is there any chance you could incorporate some flecktarn pieces? That and some freedom patches for your shoulders should go a long way

Triggers don't have to make sense, like the other person said. I had one of the worst episodes on a bus once because a baby was screaming bloody murder. My trauma isn't even related, sometimes it's just the combination of sensations or something really specific and the overall headspace you are in at the moment that does it.
