It won’t get better- in fact, it’s already getting worse. Sometimes the ai will get stuck in a loop, “learning” from other ai-made “art”, coming out with a worse understanding of art overall. It’s been referred to as the inbreeding/Habsburg’s jaw of ai art

Well the people are know are designers, not artists. We work with AI. Adobe Firefly and Midjourney are great for working out concepts that don't take forever, but none of us is fearing for their job. It's going to be a different job, that's all. Remember we started by printing individual rectangles, glueing them onto paper and then scanning the whole thing? Yeah. Then came Corel Draw and people lost their minds like some do today.

If you don't think AI art is art, that's up to you. Art is not defined by being human-made. I don't care furry artists can't sell their fursonas anymore, I'd rather talk about how we can all ethically use AI, as of today people who get 2$ an hour scan content for gore etc. And I also paint, like physically paint, and still don't care.
