The reasons they have been overlooked on the ToS are manifold:

  1. As you mentioned, most of the sales for the og stalker games have already occurred
  2. Anomaly creates positive press, hype, and publicity for a game series that’s been largely inactive and basically propped up by a super dedicated modding scene
  3. The last thing that the devs want to do is alienate that modding scene before their big release of stalker 2.
  4. There is no reason to enter litigation against a mod team that has no real assets to speak of.
    These are all reasons why it would be strategically unwise for the GSC team to go after anomaly. However, none of these change the fact that as an individual consumer, supporting the artists who create media you consume is a positive moral choice

Yes but you need to install the language pack customized for your language and delete the modded Russian language for reset your county’s language, also you need to have some precautions, do not overfill your side quest and keep your PDA clean because especially When you get to the radar it will crash a lot .
