This is a problem i've encountered with the NPC's in all 3 current STALKER games + Anomaly

I really REALLY hope when STALKER 2 comes out, the NPC's don't always nudge you whenever you're trying to shoot something/somebody.

I got to Red Forest and the group of STALKERS I was escorting thought it was a good idea to attack the mutants head on with pistols instead of using the AK-74's they all had before.

Oh, absolutely, I adore STALKER(and yes I always spell it all caps) more than any other series. It deserves nothing but recognition for it's unique atmosphere (although a lot of criticism for it's lack of stability in terms of it's engine).
I guess I still haven't shaken off my old cultural/internet prejudice of "ew, normies".

The biggest thing was the gunplay. I cannot stand it when I'm aimed directly at something and the bullet flies off at a 45 degree angle. In CoP it's toned down a lot. Second biggest thing is the NPP. I had to heal constantly and eventually resorted to eating food. I was completely out of meds/food by the time I reached the wishgranter. Also the map was kinda stale because I'd been playing Anomaly a lot beforehand
