EFP is essentially a survival sandbox, you can do whatever you want, join the EFP discord to install it, directions are there.

To get a better understanding of STALKER as a whole I recommend playing through the original games. At the very least Call of Pripyat, CoP with gunslinger mod is a personal favorite of mine

Cs is just very buggy , faction wars are a nightmare, and the late game from limansk to the end is just downright bad + now there’s no cyclic quests from traders , and you can only get them from random stalkers , and for some reason if you didn’t complete every side quest in one area , you won’t get any in another (if you don’t do all the random quests in cordon , no one well give you any at garbage and so-on.

So , is it the worst game out of three ? Probably yes
Is it a bad game ? No, it’s still fun and has some good moments + some quests were very well orchestrated which makes them more fun (mission at yantar with lefty for example)
