Generally things related to the current events are at an absolute minimum. At some point in the past they mentioned that there's still taxes going to Russia and Belarus from Steam purchases, so since February 24th they sorta have a new view on it all and stopped it

What do you guys expect for stalker 2 in terms of UI? Been watchin people react to the E3 trailer again and almost all of them were intrigue/wanted no or minimal UI, but the previous stalker games didn’t really had that.
The minimap, stamina, health and armor bar along with small stuff like ammo counter or indications of meds/consumables you could have (at least in call of Pripyat from what I remember.
Would you guys want a minimal/no UI as the default or a more vanilla stalker UI experience? I’m sure the no UI option will be there but I wonder what the default is goin to be

I also recommend playing through the originals before trying mods, but I agree that CS is kind of optional since it’s a prequel and probably the buggiest of the bunch. Anomaly can be really fun especially once you mod it up, but never confuse it with canon. Haven’t tried any other mods yet.

Questions are pretty vague ngl.
Mutants are evolving because of rapid change of environment that is the zone. Bloodsuckers for example that were produced in the lab are considered "weaker string" unlike its brother "Swamp Bloodsucker".
Unlike regular bloodsuckers, swamp ones have darker skin and are overall appear more stronger than their relatives. It's regenerative abilities allowed the further research of medical pharmacy.
And the questions about the zone are still a mystery
The zone and it's anomalies aren't "man made", they were created by nature. The only link to anomalies we've got is that they appear randomly in different locations. Some don't. Nobody knows how they work just yet.

Idk original coc seems kinda raw in our days , so I suggest trying Dead air (especially recommend book of the dead add on )
legend returns (although I’m not sure if it has English language in it ) and LW troops of doom if you like oblivion lost style (they’re kinda old but legend return has a unique quest line for every faction which is neat)
