Standard is just base game and preorder bonuses. Physical Ultimate is all the physical goodies as well as game and season pass. Digital ultimate is the season pass and preorder bonuses etc.

The same thing happened with Horizon Forbidden West CEs. For popular games, Australian retailers sell out quickly everytime. We don't get many units allocated to our country it would seem. Usually we get one first wave of CEs for popular games, especially high value ones like Ultimate and that's it. Your only option would be a scalper or to get Xbox Ultimate and buy digital ultimate PC.

I've seen plenty of games go up for preorder gradually over time lately. The distribution deals seem to take a while to work out and then they have to provide solid allocation numbers to each retailer before they can begin taking preorders.

If you're that worried about missing out, order one from another country with the same language as yours and have it shipped via shipping forwarding service.
