I just remember metro exodus: i got the biggest edition aswell and was able to pre order it right from their site rather than amazon or some other obscure local dealer. Best way (imo) to fight them is get to them as fast as possible and start knifing those Burers. In close range, they do very little damage and it won't even be noticable

If not ask him and then he'll tell you that Noah might have it. After going to him Noah will give you that artifact

Afterwards bring it to Beard and quest is completed

Not sure what you mean, he gave me the compass mission, but i just went to sultan to tell him about it, then i went to noah, grabbed the artifact, gave it to sultan, then he told me to grab a normal artifact order from beard, mission gets updated with " take the detectors from the stalkers " but they are nowhere to be seen on the PDA
