Played it a fair bit last night. Atmosphere is absolutely fantastic, but that's about the only good thing I can say of it. Maps are medium size, probably best STALKER comparison is the area in Cordon between the rookie village and the train bridge. The maps are filled with things enough to not feel empty. Heavy focus on stealth in part because the gun play is awful which means when things do get hot it sucks. AI is pretty trash even on the hardest difficulties, the guys with AKs just activate a laser to show you they're about to shoot and then fire a single shot and they don't understand cover at all. All characters wear a mask because they probably didn't want to animate faces. There are only 4 guns (revolver, shotgun, AK, Doom BFG knockoff). The main focus of the game is more base building and team commanding which is super tedious and recruiting team mates takes several "days" of missions which kills the flow of the game with making choices.

I'll get my $30 out of it, but the only thing it tickles for me is the atmosphere (which is 10/10).

Can't remember man, I THINK you may have to DL clan Anomaly first, then EFP. Check their discord/page etc first. As I say, I've unchecked a LOAD of the default mods they include as part of the experince, and added a LOT of new ones myself.
