This is GSC. Remember in 18 when they were trying to secure funding just to make the game. And the Microsoft deal helped make that happen. The collectors editions will be paid for ahead of time a year out by players. It gives them a lot more wiggle room

I understand that like most fans you follow any news, but this was once again nothing more than a rumor. Just like how there were rumors "confirming" that the game was coming out in 2021, yet here we are. It wouldn't be surprising if in 2018 it was still in design phase or very early proper development, but we don't really know anything
